Corporate Governance

The conscientious and effective use of Corporate Governance instruments, focusing on the essence of good practices, led Ampèria to develop management structures and processes that allow it to avoid unpleasant surprises for the business and, thus, ensure continuous improvements in processes and risk monitoring.

And, in this regard, Transparency in information disclosure systems, a result of a proactive management effort to inform partners/shareholders about the company's real situation and about market conditions, is a goal that must always be prioritized.

Likewise, Ethics is analyzed in a judicious way, aiming at ensuring an understanding that goes beyond the meaning of the words good, just, correct. Ethical conduct requires conscientious agents.
